Staying at 3749 Ponte Chiodo felt like being welcomed into a friend's home. The breakfast, with freshly made cappuccinos and a delightful selection including fresh fruit and pastries, is served in a charming garden that truly sets the mood for a lovely morning. Mattia, the owner, provided personalized tips on local attractions and dining that made exploring Venice easier and more enjoyable. The room was cozy with a beautiful view of the canal, adding to the Venetian charm. Although the room was a bit small, it was well-appointed and comfortable. The cleaning staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. On the downside, finding the place was tricky. I ended up walking with my luggage longer than expected due to the lack of clear directions. A bit more emphasis on guiding guests on how to navigate after they arrive would greatly enhance the experience. Noise from the surrounding area occasionally interrupted the peaceful atmosphere of the garden. Nevertheless, the overall experience captured the essence of Venice beautifully, thanks to its personalized approach and tranquil setting.
