my previous visit to venice was great, but 3749 pontechiodo bed & breakfast exceeded my expectations. mattia provided amazing local tips which made exploring so much more enjoyable. i also loved the breakfast served in a lovely garden with excellent coffee.

The room was cozy with a beautiful view of the canal, adding to the Venetian charm. Although the room was a bit small, it was well-appointed and comfortable. The cleaning staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. On the downside, finding the place was tricky. I ended up walking with my luggage longer than expected due to the lack of clear directions. A bit more emphasis on guiding guests on how to navigate after they arrive would greatly enhance the experience. Noise from the surrounding area occasionally interrupted the peaceful atmosphere of the garden. Nevertheless, the overall experience captured the essence of Venice beautifully, thanks to its personalized approach and tranquil setting.

The location was superb, right near charming local restaurants. Our kids loved the peaceful garden, perfect for playtime. The owner provided a fantastic map, helping us navigate Venice with ease. The breakfast included fresh pastries, and our dog was welcomed too!

The bathroom in our room was quite cramped, which made getting ready a bit challenging during the stay.
